TourCue gives tour organizers a complete platform to plan routes, manage participants, and keep every driver on course — available on iOS and Android.

Every tour organizer has felt these. TourCue was built to solve them.
Building a multi-stop route in Google Maps, exporting it, printing turn sheets, and distributing them — repeated every time something changes.
Road closure ahead. Route change. Everyone stop at the next exit. Currently that means phone calls down a chain — and half the group misses it.
Emailing PDFs, printing route books, hoping everyone got the update. One version gets out of date and suddenly half the group is on last year's route.
Once the tour starts, you have no idea if all cars are accounted for, if someone is stranded, or if the group has fragmented across three different roads.
Email threads, manual lists, no central registry of who's registered for which day or segment. One person drops out and the whole list needs updating.
Which segments worked? Where did people get confused? What should change next year? Without data, every tour starts from scratch.
If you've been on an organized tour, you've lived at least one of these. TourCue fixes all of them.
You follow your phone's reroute suggestion and end up 10 miles off the planned course — with no way to get back on the intended road.
Is the convoy 2 minutes ahead or 20? Did they stop? Are you the last car or the only car? There's no way to know until you're already lost.
Miss a turn, lose sight of the car ahead, and suddenly you're navigating a route you've never seen with no map and no way to catch up.
Fuel stops, photo opportunities, lunch stops, historic sites — they appear with no notice. By the time you see the sign, the convoy has already passed it.
Wet from rain, blown out the window, impossible to read at speed. A printed turn sheet in a convertible is a liability, not a navigation tool.
Following a lead car on an empty highway makes it easy to drift well over the limit without realizing it — until the lights appear in your mirror.
We used to hand out printed route books and hope for the best. With TourCue, every driver knew exactly where they were, where the lead car was, and what was coming next. We didn’t lose a single car.
TourCue was built from the ground up for organized driving events — not adapted from a generic navigation app. Every feature exists because a real tour organizer needed it.
Design fully custom multi-stop routes on an interactive map — your exact roads, your exact sequence. No algorithm overrides, no suggested shortcuts.
Share the participant link via QR code or SMS. Drivers tap the link and join instantly — no account, no login, no friction.
Voice-guided turn-by-turn directions with a live instruction bubble, distance countdown, and map rotation to heading.
Broadcast real-time messages to all participants — road closures, stop changes, safety alerts — delivered as on-screen banners.
Participants see the lead car's live position on their map, so they always know how far ahead the convoy is.
Set points of interest along the route — fuel stops, photo opportunities, historic sites — and alert drivers as they approach.
Live speedometer with speed limit awareness. Color-coded warnings when drivers exceed the limit.
TourCue has native apps for iPhone and Android. Download from the App Store or Google Play — purpose-built for in-car navigation.
When a driver misses a turn, TourCue detects it instantly and displays an orange return path back to the planned route — no guessing, no getting left behind.
Log in to the TourCue organizer portal and create a new tour. Add days, then build each route segment by dropping waypoints on the interactive map. Name your stops, add points of interest, and set up Quick Messages for the day. Save the route and it is ready to share.

From the Share & QR Code tab, display the QR code at your driver's meeting or send the link via SMS to every registered participant. Drivers tap the link on their phone and are immediately on the route — no account creation, no login required, no confusion.

Participants see the full route on their screen with a live blue dot showing their position. When they tap Start Navigation, voice-guided turn-by-turn directions begin. If a driver misses a turn, off-route detection fires instantly and an orange return path guides them back to the planned route — no phone calls, no panic.

While the convoy is rolling, the organizer can broadcast Quick Messages to all participants instantly — road closures, fuel stop changes, photo opportunities. The Lead Car position is visible to every driver so no one gets lost wondering how far ahead the group is.

Participants do not need an account or a credit card. They tap the link from the QR code or SMS, enter their name, and they are on the route. The TourCue participant app is available on iOS and Android — designed to work on the first try, even for drivers who are not tech-savvy.
